The dealership was responsive to our questions/ requests and provided us with all the information that made our decisons easy. Management at this dealership has horrible customer service I bought a new 2015 Honda Pilot from this dealership on 6/27/15. On 7/2/15 on my way to work, it stopped while driving and wouldn't start. The vehic I bought a new 2015 Honda Pilot from this dealership on 6/27/15. On 7/2/15 on my way to work, it stopped while driving and wouldn't start. The vehicle was unable to be jump started as well. I had it towed back to the dealership. I received a phone call from the service center letting me know they received the vehicle and that most likely the issue was die to bad fuel and asked me where I bought the fuel from for this vehicle. I mentioned to them they should look up my account because I only had the vehicle for a couple of days before this happened and I was using the same tank of gas that I was provided with when I bought the vehicle. So if it's bad fuel, it came from the dealership. It turns out that the engine was blown and the timing belt was chipped in pieces. This was within the first 7 days of purchasing the new vehicle. I explained that I didn't want the vehicle and who do I need to talk to about getting a replacement 2015 Honda Pilot. I was informed that Kevin Cohan (Co-Owner), was the only person that I could speak with about the issue. I went ahead and emailed the Sales Manager, Ray Fenster on 7/3 in regards to obtaining a replacement 2015 Pilot so he could start checking the inventory or seeing if one could be transferred to the dealership. If they weren't going to replace it then I wanted my trade-in vehicle back and that I would gladly take my business elsewhere. My husband left a voicemail for Mr. Cohan. The next day my husband popped in and asked to speak with Mr. Cohan. Mr. Cohan wouldn't come out of his office. As of a week later, we have had no phone calls or a response from either Ray or Kevin. I picked up the fixed Pilot the evening of 7/10/15. On Monday, 7/13/15, I had an email from Ray. Stating that "I apologize for your poor treatment but it is my understanding that Honda provided a new engine and you pick up the Pilot." Really? Is this guy serious? Is this a professional way to respond to a customer? Is this customer service at all? The only reason I have received a response from him is because I opened a case with BBB and Corporate Honda. If you plan to go to this dealership, do yourself a favor and do further research. There are various websites with a substantial amount of customers having issues with this dealership. Do not do business with this dealership. You are better off going to one of the other 7 Honda dealerships in the area. The managers at this dealership have the worst customer service skills I have ever come across. More
