Because of a recent major operation, the car was brought into the service entrance so I did not have to go onto the parking lot. This was a very good experience for me. More

Everyone treated us with respect and what surprised me the most is that they listen! They could tell by looking at us if we did not like a suggestion and they left it at that. There was never a should in the conversations only explanations that were easy to understand. The respect that they showed us was un heard of before which in turn made it easy for us to respect them. And there was true happiness there! and not the rehearsed type that you normally received. I would go back to say and see how everyone is doing . What a pleasure More
