I never felt that he was stuck on selling a particular vehicle, which has happened at other dealerships. He listened to our preferences and needs, and helped us find the best. I waited several weeks later to give the most honest review, and there is ZERO buyer's regret. Finance office there also got us a better deal than our bank, so the payment on the higher end of our budget is less than we'd expected on the lower end of our budget. Nice surprise. Of course rates change, but they are competitive with other lenders, give them a look. More

On my most recent visit, my service advisor, James, told me that my car's minor noise problem might be solved with a very expensive repair - or they could lubricate the parts and that would work too. I've been to other dealerships that routinely overcharge and repair things that aren't necessary. I love that Jim Coleman gives me an honest assessment of the problem and my options, and will not advise making costly repairs just for the sake of earning a buck. As someone who isn't an expert on cars - having a service provider that I can TRUST means everything. This is what makes Jim Coleman Honda unique. More
