From the minute I contacted the dealership, everyone I dealt with was friendly, accommodating and so helpful. I was able to schedule a drop off at a perfect time for me, was able to use a loaner car and get to work on time, and the work was done quickly and communication was great. I was able to return the loaner and pick up my car in a very timely manner in the afternoon and get to my evening activities. The process was smooth and easy. I really appreciate all of the help! When I had a problem in the dead of this winter, the gentleman who sold me the vehicle went the extra mile to see that the problem was resolved. His name is Dion Calloway. Dion came by my house to start my dead battery, led me to the service department, and on the return trip to my house (while the service people worked on my car), Dion took me by a Giant so I could buy food. Then he took me home. Next day the very pleasant and helpful service person named Vicki called to say the car was ready, Dion picked me up and took me to the dealership, and my car was returned in full working order. This is truly going the “extra mile.” I highly recommend this dealership. More

When we decided to replace our accord with a newer one, Jim Coleman was a second option we had considered. It should have been our first option because Mike K. really took time to explain the features of the car and our financing options, as well as dealer and other incentives we could take advantage of (like our Costco membership). The other dealerships we spoke with during our vehicle search were more concerned about selling a car than giving us a stellar customer service experience like the one we got at Jim Coleman Honda.
