Outstanding Representation Over Memorial Day weekend I began a search for two vehicles. One for my daughter and another for my wife.I knew that a Civic was the right choice for my daughter and I was comparing the Honda pilot with the Ford Explorer. On Friday night we visited Jim Coleman Honda in Clarksville and while walking the lot was greeted by KEAN THOMPSON. Kean is the reason i am writing this review. As a 50 year old who has shopped for cares several times over the past 30 years, I felt compelled to write this review and commend Kean for the work and effort put ion over this weekend. Base don Kean's assistance and my earned trust, I ended up at the dealership here most of the weekend and walked away with two vehicles. I never really felt that i needed to visit Ford to see the Explorer and felt that Kean had our best interests in mind. Kean was honest, educated and took the initiative to walk us through the different choices we had, from new and used to retail and lease options. I spoke with others at Coleman and they were helpful, but felt that Kean worked for the deals and the vehicles that we wanted and not what was being pushed upon us.
