Andy(Herbert) originally helped me with a lease prior to getting my new HRV. The transition was smooth on the outside, but I know there were a lot of folks working really hard to make that deal possible. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and will be back for an upgrade in a few years. recently came in for routine maintenance and Purvis Burke took the reigns and ran with taking care of my car. Working with everyone at Coleman was the best car buying experience I've ever had. In particular Carol Lewis, the salesperson, was informed, professional and respectful. He answered emails and phones calls very quickly. All appointments were on time and he was prepared for us. He found us the car that fit all of our needs and was helpful though the entire process. He has make himself available to us, post purchase, to learn how the special features all work. We never felt rushed or pressured. Joe Proscia handled the finance end in the same way Carol handled the sale. He was very polite, professional, courteous, understanding and respectful.. Wonderful Experience I had not bought a new car since 2004. I have always hated the exprience of shopping for cars. In fact I'd rather have a root canal. Excellent Service and Repair My exhaust system on my 2006 Honda Civic failed on the way to work. I called Honda Service and was almost immediately called back by Service Manager My exhaust system on my 2006 Honda Civic failed on the way to work. I called Honda Service and was almost immediately called back by Service Manager Tim Murray. Tim recommended bringing in the Honda for repair that evening (which I did). Upon arrival that evening, I spoke with Purvis Burke who created the Service Ticket. The following day, the Honda was repaired and ready to go even though due to its age, the Honda may have had to spend a couple of days in Service waiting parts. Kudos to Tim and Purvis for a friendly and quick turnaround on my Honda. More
