So while in the process of ordering it, I walked the lot, and found a white EX – L, Which was an upgrade. So after a test drive with New car sales associate Michael Engle and explanation of the features. I bought the car. The process was quick, plain and simple, and completed, that day. For 10 years all interaction with Honda service has been positive, though occasionally a little pricey. Until now. This dealership will rip you off! Go someplace else, even if you have to drive some distance. They are dishonest. Even the description of what my wife said when she dropped the car off for diagnosis was not true. If you decide to have your car serviced here, be prepared for padded estimates and deceitful practices. More

Great outreach and follow-up Sam, the service rep, did an outstanding job explaining and laying out the cost of a recent repair. On top of that, he reached out about a week later and told us of a recall. I never had someone from a service team at a dealership reach out to tell me that they need to fix something at no cost.
