Pressured into a 1 day deal Bought a used Acura SUV from them. First time dealing with the dealership. Was told if I did not sign that the deal was only good that day. Came in around closing at their request and signed for the car and did not hand over any money. Got out around 8 pm on Sunday evening. When I returned home my wife decided that she preferred a sedan that we saw at another location. I went to ask them a favor in cancelling the deal so we could purchase elsewhere. They said sorry, but I had signed and it was mine. they had not processed the paperwork, the car was driven about 20 total miles from my home to the dealership and back. I know the law says that once signed you own it but this was a horrible business decision and reeks of oh well. No care for the potential customer, unethical in my mind and very short sighted. I will never step foot on this dealer lot again and will encourage anyone I or anyone in my family or business community to avoid doing any business with them. xxxxxxx is the nicest word I can say for the managers. My sales person was good. Understood my situation. The new and used car dealer manager was especially un pleasant. My son is a recent college graduate and has many friends and I will encourage he and his circle of friends and business associates to avoid any business here at all costs. More
