I live nearly an hour from this dealership, but the relative scarcity of cars led me to widen my search to Clarksville and to Jim Coleman Honda, and boy am I glad it happened. I've dealt with a lot of car dealers over the past 40 years including Acura, Toyota, Lexus, and multiple other Honda dealers. None of them has come close to the pleasant experience I had purchasing a car this week from this family-run operation. They were responsive to every inquiry, question, or request. They listened to my stated needs without trying to steer me in another direction or "upsell" something I didn't need. They were honest about options and timeframes for delivery. They beat their competition on price. When I came in to finish the deal, they scheduled and respected my time. I never even had to "meet the manager." I'm so used to having my defenses up before walking into a car dealer, I was honestly kind of shocked. I didn't have to shake a bunch of hands, wait repeatedly, or fend off endless upsells. They just made it easy. And I'll say it again, they won on price as well. Kudos to sales rep Arthur Masandilov, who listens and is super responsive; and to Finance Director Joe Proscia, who was as no-nonsense as it gets. They may have forever changed my perception of car dealers. More

From my phone call to confirm if I could walk in to my actual time in shop, the service I receive from Timothy (front desk) was great. David was helpful. Again, I was a walk-in on a relatively busy Saturday mid-morning / afternoon. Very grateful for Timothy as I do a lot Of mobile work and need my car throughout the week. 4/5 only because my tire pressure light came back on the next day and I believe it was related to one of my tire caps (for the air) not being put back on. Luckily I had an extra in my car already. More
