One of the advantages of the club was a coupon good for a free loaner if the service value exceeded a certain amount. When I was having service done that exceeded the amount, I was told I couldn’t get a loaner car because the amount was insufficient. I fought for it and got it but was annoyed nevertheless. I was also told by my salesperson that my first update to the navigation system would be free. That turned out to be false. And service for anything is very pricey. Not likely that I’ll purchase another vehicle from this dealership More

Wow!! I have never had such a great experience buying a car! Working with Rick and Johnny was the best ever! Rick called me over the phone (before I ever set foot in the dealership) and told me he could get me approved according to my standards. I was skeptical because in the past it was always one thing over the phone but then in person something different. He called me back an hour later and said I have you approved. We made plans and the next day after only 2 hours at the dealership (which all I had to do was pick out which car I wanted, the rest was just paperwork!) Johnny made sure He answered all of my questions and had no problem making sure My family and I were comfortable and was very patient even in my decisiveness! Lol! Not only that but a couple days later Rick called me again and said he was able to negotiate an even lower monthly payment through my finance company!! How awesome is that?! Thank You so very much for making my car buying experience a great one!! More

Horrible I went in on January 13, 2018 to buy a car that I already called and received a quote for. From having this quote I received a check from my bank to p I went in on January 13, 2018 to buy a car that I already called and received a quote for. From having this quote I received a check from my bank to purchase the car. My first issue was with their time management. I had an appointment with Warren at 11:30, he did not show until 12:15, after I had to go to the front desk and ask for them to page him a second time. My second issue was that not only did this process take too long, the Finance representative (Rajni) was extremely rude to me when I refused to options she was offering me. When I finished with Warren it took Rajni until 4 pm to sit down with me about signing the paper work. She then tried to get me to finance my car through SunTrust bank for 72 months for a few dollars cheaper than my own loan payment from my bank, when I had only financed my car for 50 months through my bank. once she realized I wasn't as stupid as she thought I was she than began to throw the papers at me to sign. And I almost walked out of that office and told her she could forget about, but I had already been there all day and drove an hour and a half to this dealership. My third problem was that Warren did not fill the car up with a full tank of gas before I left, nor did he tell me that the All-Season floor mats and Trunk mat that I purchased on a credit card were not in the car. So not only did they jip me out of gas, but they still had my floor mats that I paid for. My fourth issue is this dealership does not do tags and titling in the dealership, so I had to wait until the License plates to come in and drive back down there to pick them up. When I realized that my mats were not in the car when I left the dealership, I called Warren and he said that parts had my mats. So I go to get my license plates and parts is saying that they don't have my mats. They never even put a order in for the mats. now it has been 22 days since I purchased the mats and they still haven't put in a order for mats that they took my money for?? I told them they needed to give me a refund and they refused. They told me they left a message for the General Manager, yet it has been over two days and I still haven't heard anything back yet. They gave me no choice but to file a claim with Honda. I should not have to fight tooth and nail for something I purchased that they could not supply. They should not have let me buy the mats if they did not have them. Nor should they have told me when I called that they had the mats. More

He helped me walk through the various versions of the car and spent his time showing me the options, consulted my needs, and brought me the absolute perfect car! I really enjoyed his openness, his care, and concern for me and I would say we became friends by the end of the transaction. The best experience ever! I was so pleased. Any future car needs of my family, I will make sure to come or send to Ravi. More

Exceptional! Mr. Wu was EXTREMELY helpful in addressing issues with my car that I wasn’t aware of. He also helped advise me on how to change my brake light bulb a Mr. Wu was EXTREMELY helpful in addressing issues with my car that I wasn’t aware of. He also helped advise me on how to change my brake light bulb after I’d already purchased the bulb from parts. Mr. Wu also informed me of an airbag recall I wasn’t aware of and had it serviced during my visit. Grant Guzzone was also VERY helpful in setting me up with a loaner car. Both were very professional and represent Jim Coleman Honda well; the best all around service visit I’ve had since acquiring my 2010 Honda Civic. More
