Together their wealth of for the the service i received from the Jim Click Nissan! Service Department: in Particular (KEVIN CAREY AND JOHN BROWN) . Together their wealth of knowledge and ability to CARE about me as a customer was truly invaluable. They ensured that the service i received on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was their top priority and ensured the work was done to meet exact specifications. I will tell anyone that i TRUST them in their decisions which now a days you do not hear to often. Even after my truck was fixed Kevin called me to see how my truck was running. All i can say is what a great service! Finally, I would like to tell Jim, to give both these guys a promotion or a raise because at the end of the day a hug or a pat on the back is not enough! More
Shifter was sticking in park. Took it to Jim click Nissan. Service rep said they didn't have part so had to replace shifter unit. Cost over $900. Got truck back today drove it to Took it to Jim click Nissan. Service rep said they didn't have part so had to replace shifter unit. Cost over $900. Got truck back today drove it to store problem not solved. Back to click. I told them it was a brake problem . Couple hours later they called back and said it was brake switch. . Hopefully getting refund for part I didn't need. Tomorrow will be day three though they did offer a loaner More

Outstanding sales and service! I just bought a 2024 Nissan Kicks SV from Jim Click. The salesperson I worked with is Venessa Pain. The Kicks is the second car I purchased from Vene I just bought a 2024 Nissan Kicks SV from Jim Click. The salesperson I worked with is Venessa Pain. The Kicks is the second car I purchased from Venessa, the other car being a 2015 Nissan Versa nine years ago. Many people do not look forward to the experience of buying a new car, but Venessa is a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Venessa to anyone in the market to buy a new Nissan from Jim Click! Professionalism, attention to detail, no "high pressure sales" vibe - quite the opposite in fact! Any after-the-sale issues are promptly handled. I will continue to work with Venessa in the future. More
My dealer’s service department (Donte) refused to assist me in the issue I was having with the electronics on my 2023 Altima. I had no radio, guidance system and Bluetooth. Instead I was given a phone numbe me in the issue I was having with the electronics on my 2023 Altima. I had no radio, guidance system and Bluetooth. Instead I was given a phone number to call. When calling reception was poor and their English was really bad. Finally after shutting the car off three times problem went away. Thanks for the help Jim Click Service department!! Service Experience - I had my Titan repaired twice at the dealership body shop, same place as the service. On both occasions they failed to complete the actual repairs. They didn't reattach the skid plate, t dealership body shop, same place as the service. On both occasions they failed to complete the actual repairs. They didn't reattach the skid plate, they left tools and hardware in the back seat, they did not attach the passenger seat belt correctly, and were unable or did not correctly fix the frame damage. When I expressed concerns to the manager they scoffed and said it wasn't a big deal. They really made it seem like I was just inconveniencing them. Sales Experience - I bought my Titan from the same dealership as above. I walked in and was greeted by Rosa. I told her I wanted to buy a Titan. She walked me around the building in circles for about 10 minutes trying to find someone to "help" me. However, once she found out that I had secured my own financing she quickly told me she would take care of me. Why the xxxx would you walk me around in circles trying to pawn me off on someone if you can do the work yourself. More
