I am new to the area and went to Jim Click Jeep last week fearing the worst was a noise I was hearing in my jeep trail hawk. Fortunately a family member had steered me this direction indicating a dealership fearing the worst was a noise I was hearing in my jeep trail hawk. Fortunately a family member had steered me this direction indicating a dealership was terrific and specifically their experience with a service rep there, Rebecca, had been exceptional. Everything they said was more than true, not only did Rebecca take the time with me do you understand what my concerns were, but she further verified that a technician would do a cold start in order to hear what I was hearing the following day. In the end my diagnosis for the car was way simpler than I had anticipated, which in itself is a wonderful thing, but probably more importantly I now have found a very trusted individual that I will seek out in the future for all of my jeep service needs. Thank you Rebecca for listening to me and then making my day with the final resolve. More
We have just moved to Tucson and wanted to call out how great Rebecca in the service dept took care of our Jeep Gladiator! We were impressed with how easy it is to get a hold of Rebecca, and how quickly sh great Rebecca in the service dept took care of our Jeep Gladiator! We were impressed with how easy it is to get a hold of Rebecca, and how quickly she responded to our questions. We thought our previous dealership in Ca was on their game but having now met Rebecca we think we have the best service rep in the Jeep service family. Thank you Jim Click for hiring the best and supporting them well to do a great job. More

Made an appointment over a week in advance and got there at 7:30 am from 25 miles away only to be informed that it could be 3-4 days before the backed up technician could look at it. Advisor said I'd have t at 7:30 am from 25 miles away only to be informed that it could be 3-4 days before the backed up technician could look at it. Advisor said I'd have to pay even if they didn't find why my lights and AC would go out while driving. 114° today and I'm disabled. Why in heck would you make an appointment with this kind of treatment? More
They fell all over theyselves selling me my jeep. They sold me a Maintenance For Life program for $995.00. Two years later, I moved to South Dakota, and when I tried to get Service, the local Jeep dealer sold me a Maintenance For Life program for $995.00. Two years later, I moved to South Dakota, and when I tried to get Service, the local Jeep dealer said there was no record of that vehicle having the plan. When I called JIM CLICK I was told I never paid for the service. I even provided the "Coupon Book ID" number. They just cut me short and said "You didn't pay for it". They also said that was not a Jeep program, but was a dealership thing, only good in Tucson in their shop. The salesman never pointed that out to me when convincing me to get the plan. I dont reccomend anyone do business with them. More

We went to purchase a new Jeep and after way too long of trying to reach a price on a white 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4x4 we left. While still nearby having lunch, we got a call from Maryam giving us a trying to reach a price on a white 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4x4 we left. While still nearby having lunch, we got a call from Maryam giving us a price on another vehicle, which we declined. After getting home, 40 minutes away, Maryam called and we reached a price agreement on the Jeep. My husband hurried on back down only to be called, when he was 2 blocks away, and told that they sold the car out from under us. BAD BUSINESS! WOW. Maryam offered to find us a deal on another vehicle, but they've now proven to be untrustworthy and their word clearly means nothing, we will never buy from any Jim Click dealership, not that it matters, but they have lost us as a customer. They could have sold two cars, but they got greedy. We feel for Maryam as she lost a sale at the hands of those above her making greedy and poor decisions. Maryam called later in the evening to offer a comparable Jeep to us; same Make, Model and Year supposedly with MORE OPTIONS, a color we are not thrilled about and at a slightly lower out-the-door price. We have to give her credit, takes a good salesperson with tenacity to risk calling a very pissed off customer. So now we are supposed to risk the 40-minute drive back down there and "trust" this dealership will not sell the vehicle before we get there... no deal or promise in writing. Realizing this fiasco was likely not the fault of Maryam, one of us is willing to give it another shot, the other would rather go to the dentist and have teeth pulled. Final decision is we will drive down there the next day and see what new game they will play. PURCHASE UPDATE: We arrived to find the Jeep with a huge red bow on it staged out front of the dealership; ended up it did not have additional options, but was being offered at a slightly smaller savings from the original deal. We decided to purchase the Jeep after all. Maryam and her General Manager, Ted Navarrete, were both apologetic for what had happened on our original deal and wanted to make things right. While we were doing the abundance of paperwork, Maryam was to have the Jeep sent across the street for window tinting; that didn’t happen. We had to schedule an appointment and bring the Jeep back in for the window tinting, which we did. A few days later we were peppered with calls pressuring us to install and sign up for a cellphone App. Maryam made 8 calls, sent 2 texts and 2 emails within about a 2-hour period, she asked us to make the 40-minute drive there for her to install the App on our cellphone. Maryam even went so far as to ask permission for her to sign us up on her cellphone and promised she would delete the password from her phone afterwards. We have no idea what the App is or why the urgency to install and sign up for it, this should have been discussed at the time of sale. Maryam insisted it needed to be done prior to months end and offered a $25 Gas gift card for driving back again. A week after purchasing the Jeep, we learned that Jim Click gives our information to Sirius to sign up for their service. Sirius representative had all our contact info and purchased vehicle info. Perhaps we authorized that somewhere in the fine-print, we’re not about to go back and search. Remaining unresolved issue is the pinstriping we paid for; Maryam was to follow up, but we've never heard anything. Supposedly they are getting us a good deal on our RV tow package, we will see if that really happens. In summary, like all dealerships, they can care less about the buyer and the buyer’s time; only concern is to make a sale and request a “10” review rating. This transaction was unique in that they made a deal then sold the Jeep to another person which is a very poor business practice. Jim Click Jeep subsequently even made an additional sale because of us; to our friends who loved our Jeep and went right down and bought the similar one… then returned it the next day and upgraded to a 4-door.
