Worst service ever experienced I have never in my life experience a terrible service eith Jim Click. But this right here is terrible. Jim Click has it where you have to make an appointment. I called for an appointment Spoke to service person name Kevin. He "stated" he schedule my appointment on the 6th of June 2019 at 5pm. He stated they have to keep my car at the shop. I asked for a loaner he said I have to pay for renter car or speak to a manager to see if someone can work something out for me. I asked if it was possible if one can call me due to my work hours so I would not be late and if we can rearrange something ahead of time. He said sure. I will have a Manager call you. Then he schedule my appointment. 2 weeks was too far out but, I guess I had no choice. I felt my car need service asap and it may not be drivable. I asked if someone could just look at my car so I know if it's safe to drive while waiting this long for an appointment to see what I'm seeing or test drive it with me. He couldn't do it. Never took my car to a mechanic who couldn't help in my life. So, two weeks is almost there. I called on that Monday on 3rd to confirm my appointment, Also had new issue oil change needed to be service and I never RECIEVED NO CALL BACK FROM NO MANAGER. I spoke to a Representative to confirm my appointment, and to inform service I also will be needing a oil change. She looked up on file and stated I'm not schedule for an appointment. At this point I'm not happy because first I was told my appointment was schedule (no schedule) as promise within 2 weeks of waiting, I was promise a manager ( no manager called me). Representative made contact to Kevin, said she spoke to Kevin and he told her he will call me back to take a message. I gave her 2 contacts to be reached and told her my time I be going back to lunch and to let him know, also told her what time I'm off. Day 2 went by no call from Kevin, I spoke to same Representative she said she remember speaking to me yesterday and I told her Keven never called me back. She was nice and apologize and made contact to Kevin again he told her again he will call me back. I never received a call back. Then I called on .y lunch time again and she tried calling Kevin he said the same thing again. I asked if I could speak to a manger took my information, I told her I have voicemail issue and if I missed his call to have him call my second number she said okay and I return back from lunch in hour at 1:06pm she said okay. I get a call from John Brown then text me at 1:07pm then text me and said hes leaving and will be in next day at 7pm. Day 3, I called the office again transfer me to John Brown omg!! At this point I'm really frustrated going in circles. I left a message on his voicemail no call back from Kevin nor John. The Representative felt bad for me, I drove down to service after work no ones acknowledged me when I first drove up just started at me. Spoke to lady asked to speak to supervisor, she asked if there something she can do I told her I'm not sure at this point. But, I need to speak to supervisors. I explained it to her she said I would have to talk to John and hes not here. I asked to speak to someone else spoke to an Eddie he was no help and told me renter car places are closed when I asked if I can leave my car there and he has no loaner for me. I asked is there anyone who can help GM I was referred to have GM call me I left my contact no GM call me. I called again on Thursday no one can help me. I left another voice mail on John's Brown phone. Then calls me on Thursday sround 5:47pm, Tells me I have to wait another 2 weeks, pay for renter car and not guaranteed my car will be worked on. Plus pay for service to look at my car for $100 and something. Then charge me xx amount to do the seevice. I explained how serious my car is and I waited few weeks to come today. Is there anything you guys can do to make it sooner. Well if you think your car is not safe to drive you can leave it here at office but no garueenteed it will get worked on you still have to wait between 15th and 21st. Omg!! 11 days to wait.. 11 days to pay for rental car, plus look at my car.. plus charge extra to do the service. I have no money like this. I asked could I used my service some where else that would within Jim Click area to use my warranty. He said no. I asked if he was at the office right now I'm 2 mins away if I can leave my car with him.He said he was at the office but no one is available He said enterprise closes at 6pm. I explained I was told you guys would allow me to use a loaner by Eddie he said that's what a loaner is Enterprise. I called GM on Friday morning but, no call yet. I'm frustrated still haven't got my car service. Missing days of work because I cant drive my car too much and I'm teting not to loose my job I have children who are sick and if needed to be in the hospital for emergency or doctor's appointments this will be difficult for us. I feel that no one tried to help, nor this whole time put in a schedule until able to get a hold of supervisors. I felt like John Brown was saying things to me that were bot true after someone else tells me other wise. I had a loaner before in the past by Jim click and was able to be safe in a loaner until they was able to fixed my car. I never in my life experience this with Jim Click. I have also been loyal to.this company made you feel like family or a customer feel comfortable and I was able to refer many people to go there but this . This is ridiculous. I'm stuck not able to get my lifetime guarantee oil change by Jim click, wait almost a month to get an appointment, now I have to try and find another service somewhere else because Jim click refuse to help. No one wants to help a customer why would they treat there customers like this..I'm very disappointed and I give 0 on stars. More
Mary Justice We purchased our jeep from Jim click Chrysler Jeep and had a good experience but as they say “service was long after the price is forgotten“ Tony, D We purchased our jeep from Jim click Chrysler Jeep and had a good experience but as they say “service was long after the price is forgotten“ Tony, Doug, Dave, and Max are outstanding employees and make us feel welcome every time we visit the dealership for service. They also have always got our service done the way it should be quickly and on time every time , most people dread having to go take your car in for service but these guys take all of that away by the way that they treat you and make you feel. Jim click Chrysler jeep should feel honored to have these guys working for them and doing the outstanding job that they do day in and day out. Service can sometimes feel like a thankless job, but not to these guys these guys have always made us feel so comfortable and welcome that we actually don’t mind taking our jeep in for service . So you guys keep up the great work and we will continue to feel comfortable to refer our friends and family to the Click group of automobile dealerships. More

It was great to see Ash – who sold us our Compass – again, and Tony Valerio who helped us on this particular day was really great too. Tony took the time (despite the temps : ) to make sure we saw all the options we are considering, and got all the information we needed no matter how small the fact might be. Excellent service! These guys know their stuff and are great to work with. Thank you again! More
Dave to the rescue again! My daughter had a warning light on come on her 2009 Jeep. She called me in Minneapolis and asked what it was. I stated it is the tire pressure ligh My daughter had a warning light on come on her 2009 Jeep. She called me in Minneapolis and asked what it was. I stated it is the tire pressure light. I said take it over to Dave at the Jeep dealer. Dave had just helped us early this week with some issues on the Jeep. It just arrived to Tucson after a 30 hour road trip. This time it was a nail in the tire. The problem was the tires were at 3/32 non repairable. Dave fixed her up with some Good Year Eagles with road hazard warranty at a great price! 1 hour later she was back on the road. Thank you again Dave for your great service and taking care of my daughter! More
