The service manager at Jim Click Jeep is complete garbage. If you don't give him the review he wants, he will text your personal phone to talk crap and then not allow you to have future service. I contacted the manager and he didn't care enough to respond. Looks like the quality of people that Jim Click is hiring are making his name look badly. This veteran highly recommends going to any other jeep dealership then Jim Click Jeep in the Tucson auto mall. More
I wish I could give them zero stars. We purchased 2 brand new JEEPs here in the last 7 years and the lack of customer service from this company has become truly baffling. They will guilt you into giving perfect reviews for their Service Advisors, even when you know it isn't warranted, but they make you feel like they will get in trouble if they don't get perfect scores. Also, don't get bamboozled by them and their "maintenance for life". It literally takes weeks to get in for an oil change and their "inspection" that they perform is laughable. Having snacks in the waiting area doesn't make up for subpar maintenance. The paperwork says they rotated my tires, but they sure didn't. I had suspected they didn't rotate them the previous time, but had no proof. This time I l marked a specific tire and it magically was still in the same place on my vehicle after my appointment. They told me I needed all new tires, which was strange because I had 80,000 mile tires on my car and I purchased them 3 years ago. I reached out to the place I had purchased my tires previously and when they did an inspection, they found that the tires had significant uneven wear and my warranty was voided because they had not been properly rotated. Every time I have come in for an oil change since I purchased this car in 2018 they have indicated that they rotated the tires. I had to buy a whole new set of tires because they did not perform the work they said they did. When I brought up my complaint to Jim Click, I was told I would get a response from the Management Team in 24 hours but that was last week and they have made it clear just how little my business is valued by their organization. DO NOT buy a diesel jeep from these people. My husband's car has been held hostage for over 2 months because they do not have the part to fix it and it is undriveable. They took away our courtesy car leaving a family of 4 with 2 kids playing multiple sports high and dry with one car. A MANAGER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD stood my husband up for a meeting about the car and you will be hard pressed to get anyone to return a phone call. We are basically paying for a car we are not driving and they refuse to do a xxxx thing about it. Run...Go to another dealership!!! UPDATE: we got an update on the car yesterday saying the battery needs to be replaced and they are charging us for it when it is their fault it has not been driven in 2 months! Of course the battery is dead. That is why happens when a car does not get driven regularly but we should not be charged $500 for it since it is their supply chain causing the issue! More

The salesman asked for a deposit of $500 we gave him (Jose Luis Gallardo) the card information he said he would take a picture of the receipt and text it to us. We got back with Jose Luis Gallardo who was talking back and forth with his manager as we filled the Credit application paper work. He ran my credit and my father's credit, once he was done running our credit he comes to us and says the car sold. We argued for a few minutes I asked for the credit application and my documents, but they only gave me my ID (driver license) back. More
