As I previously mentioned, as a courtesy for the work t Sorry for the delay in responding to this survey, I am currently on Holiday in South America. As I previously mentioned, as a courtesy for the work that the sales people at Jim Click did, I thought it was fair that I drop by their store and advise them that I had decided to purchase a different Brand of automobile. I was greeted by Devin and I told her that I had seen disparaging remarks about the Hyundai Ultimate on the Internet and particularly on the Nitro website under the title of "recalls" and "customer reviews". Many customers complained about the pickup speed from stop to 10-20 MPH and because of all these complaints I decided to purchase a different brand. Devin asked for a chance to review these complaints with the Jim Click Service Manager, Rick. After further discussions with Devin and Rick it was decided that I should take a rigorus test drive and not just an easy ride around the Freeway. I did just that, putting the Ultimate through it's paces and especially testing it's pickup from stop to 10-20 MPH. I have to say that I was impressed. Thanks to Rick and especially to Devin I decided to make the purchase the same day. I have subsequenty driven from Arizona to California and back and the Ultimate was all the automobile that Rick and Devin said it was. Jim Click should be happy to have such dedicated people like Devin and Rick wokring for him. More
