Buying an Elantra I live two hours away from Jim Click Auto Mall. On my way over there I was thinking it was probably not the day to buy a car. Too many doors had closed for me due to the lack of credit history. Yes I am young. I am one of those people on USA that if I want something I have to fight for it on myself in a world where the word trust is at extinction, but then of course, a good boxer needs good people at his corner. TJ Valenzuela was that person at my corner encouraging me, trusting me and also fighting for me to get a car that was more that perfect for me. I felt like a champagne I arrived at my work showing my car and then explaining the amazing deal I made. Everyone I know has been fascinated with my Elantra. TJ has not made a good job, he has gone further than that, he ran that extra mile to make my experience just extraordinary. My only hope is for me to receive the same type of service from the rest of the company. Thank you TJ, thank you Hyundai!! More

My experience with Jim Click Mazda. My husband and I were there for almost eight hours, too long to buy and finance a car. That is just ridiculous. We have bought about seven other cars there and it never took that much time. Also I wanted my car financed thru Vantage West Credit Union where I have had most of my cars financed thru and I was told several times they will not finance it, you will get a better rate at a credit union I have never heard of out of state. Didin't like that. After I get my license and a registration I have spoken to Vantage West and they will be refinancing my vehicle. You should try harder to make customers happy, especially when we have purchased so many vehicles from you. Am very happy with the car but not the financing. More
