I was never pushed to consider a car I wasn't interested in or features I wasn't interested in. Did a poor job of explaining how much it would cost and went over my approved budget and had to do the paperwork again. Doug was very good at explaining things to me and worked with me to show me how things worked. I went through USAA and Doug did an excellent job and I thought Glen did as fast a job as he could without taking the customer into consideration. More
