I realized after I go there that the dealership was preparing for a sale at the TCC the next day. I should have gone home right then but hung in there for 6 hours and nearly lost my temper. Besides the sales person the finance person failed to set up my account properly. I spoke to the person numerous times to use my PO BOX number rather than the address on my drivers license . The address on my license is an unsecured mail box 1 mile from my house checked several times a week. The unsecured mail box gets only junk mail. I found the bill on Sunday and went online and changed the billing address. More
