So disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. Advisor telling me my car needed more repairs. After all repairs paid for the water pump went out. When it was diagnosed I was told it wasn't the pump. I was sold labor and parts that were not even needed. Within two days I had to pay for a tow back to dealership. Apparently, water is now in the engine. And my car is still there., needing a new engine because they didn't replace the water pump in the first place More
Test drove a Maverick. Wanted to purchase at list, but was then told there was a 7k premium add on, plus dealer add ons that would increase the price even more. None of this was disclosed before test drive and no dealer add on sticker was on or in vehicle. I clearly asked if the car was 24,xxx and was told yes before wasting the time test driving. Beware of current business practices. There are too many nice dealers we found after to play this sleazy game with Jim Click Ford. More
Traveling home to Albuquerque when my new 2022 F-150 rear window stuck in down position. Drove to Jim Click Ford at 22/Wilmot on a Saturday. Was informed of no technician on duty but maintenance foreman/supe window stuck in down position. Drove to Jim Click Ford at 22/Wilmot on a Saturday. Was informed of no technician on duty but maintenance foreman/supervisor (Rueben) said he’d take it in back & see if he could at least get the window up. He & crew did get window up. We are so thankful to Rueben’s immediate response of trying to help us. What a wonderful experience at Jim Click Ford in Tucson. Thank you More

Service department tried to take advantage. Said my prime warranty did not cover fuel door opening. Told me it would cost $400. Said nope. Called back said they could do it. For $250. Fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Common problem with Fords. Understand they have to make money but this is ridiculous. More
I purchased a 2021 F150 Roush. Had a recall and they claim parts are on order. I was given an estimate of one month to see it again. I only have 1300 miles on it.
