Mark Dluehosh a service representive took the time to listen to the problem, he made sure to get the vehicle looked at, when diagnosed he sat down with me explaining the problem, and continuing forward the mechanic was fixing and mark was keeping me informed along the way while finishing earlier than he and I expected. I explained a problem we were having with a current vehicle. He showed me what he had on hand for inventory, took the time to go over that with my wife and I. We were trying to get back to our home as soon as we could. If anybody wants somebody to care for your needs and make you feel welcome this is your guy. We live nearly 5 hours from Tucson, the times we have had this done were extremely long, once the tires were not even rotated when we were told they had been. Good truck, HORRID Dealership. The sales person had us so worn down during our hours long, cash purchase we were exhausted. It takes weeks to get in for this service. Being from out of state we were told we would pay NM sales tax, they did not mention the city tax we would be charged since we were buying in Tucson. Buyer beware! More
Craig an Eric are helpful and friendly people. I went there to look at a 2005 Thunderbird that I saw online. There was no pressure. The service department had performed thousands of dollars worth of work getting it ready for s@le. Everything was terrific. More

Getting our new Ford Mustang Mach-E was a process. We ordered online, as instructed, on January 8, 2022. We followed online as the car was built and shipped. Then, delay after delay with no explanatio We ordered online, as instructed, on January 8, 2022. We followed online as the car was built and shipped. Then, delay after delay with no explanation. In September, we got word that our car was a total loss in a railway incident. The sales manager tried tracking down a replacement and managed to find one that someone ordered, then cancelled the order. It became ours. Instead of a 2022, we ended up with a 2023 model, but identical to the one we originally ordered. The sales person, general manager, and sales manager went out of their way to make this happen and give us the best possible deal and outcome. It took 155 days to finally take possession, but we love our new Mach-E! More
Maintenance for life dept makes excuses for not doing complete service as promised. Can't rotate ties because of lug nuts??? But, Upsells services i need to pay for. Get me outta here!
