They are fraudulent thieves. We had questions as the truck had a kit on it that is supposed to prevent contamination of the fuel system should a failure occur. The tech could not answer my husbands questions and admitted to us that “he didn’t know what he was looking at.” Don’t you think you’d figure that out before you call someone and tell them it’s going to cost $16,000? They are absolute crooks! They also put on my invoice that there were parts from my truck in the backseat- there were no parts in the backseat! I got the truck outta there shop as fast as I could and took it to a diesel mechanic shop. They spent close to 2 weeks tearing the entire fuel system and pump out. There is absolutely no contamination of the fuel system nor is the pump “ruptured,” and falling apart as they stated to me! I have reached out as I want resolution and I’d like to know where the xxxx are the missing parts to my truck that they said they put in the backseat. So far, as of this writing they will neither call me or reply to my email. More
They will up charge you thousands for non-optiond for things like nitrogen in the tires. SERVICE IS THE WORST. Gene Herndon is even worse! I called on June 4th and scheduled an appointment on June 12th at 8:00 am. I showed up, dropped my car off, and did Gene Herndon is even worse! I called on June 4th and scheduled an appointment on June 12th at 8:00 am. I showed up, dropped my car off, and did not hear a word! On June 23rd I called, got "Gene" on the phone, and told him my car, my phone number, and my situation; he said, "Who is your service rep"!! I was flabbergasted because it was him. I said YOU ARE... He got short and said, he would check into it. CRICKETS again until I called AGAIN on June 29th. Left Gene a voice mail that I was not happy and I would call a supervisor. He called back that afternoon and said, they were HOPING to be able to look at the car in the morning. July 6th, I called and left a voicemail.. No response. Today I called and got a supervisor by the name of Allan. As of right now, I have not heard a word. I came in with a KNOWN problem with the 2019 Ford Edge Titanium, they are acting like they have never ever heard of this and that it is all new! There are thousands of the exact situation online, and every known Ford site there is, but mine has them baffled!! I have been paying for my own rental, and have had it for almost a month (2 days short). I now know why this dealership is called Jim DICK! Save yourself a huge headache and get your car anywhere but here. The follow-up and service are ridiculous. More

Had my car towed in February 26th, 2023. After waiting 4 weeks for a diagnosis, Gene, my service rep, said the transmission needed to be rebuilt or replaced. He said it would be $6400.00 t After waiting 4 weeks for a diagnosis, Gene, my service rep, said the transmission needed to be rebuilt or replaced. He said it would be $6400.00 to replace it or $7200.00 to rebuild it. I told him I prefer to have a new one. The first few weeks Gene kept me updated every 3 - 5 days, after that I would leave messages or text and sometimes wait a couple of days for a response. Gene told me that they were having a hard time finding a new one, but I was still willing to wait. On, approximately March 31, 2023 I stopped by, because Gene wasn't returning my call. I also spoke to the parts department and the guy I spoke with didn't have any info that they were looking for a transmission for my car. On April 3, 2023 Gene called and said they found a transmission, but it would be $6800.00. I agreed to the price, so they "ordered" it. On April 7, 2023 Gene called and told me the transmission was in and my car would be ready no later than Wednesday April 12, 2023. I called Gene on that Wednesday and he told me he would check on it. He called back approximately 4 hours later and told me that the transmission never came in. He said that they found it online, ordered it and then it just disappeared. I asked him, again how much to rebuild the the transmission. Gene told that the service manager agreed to split the $800.00 extra to rebuild it. My Math: $6400.00 + $400.00 = $6800.00. Their Math: $6800.00 (price of phantom transmission) + $400.00 = $7200.00. So, I chose to have the vehicle towed to a transmission shop, which I probably should have done at first. I still had to pay $304.00 diagnosis fee. Another issue I had was that every time I called the main number for the service department, nobody answered the phone. I will be sure to never go to this dealership again. More
I leased a Lincoln Nautaulis and the process was exceptional, Marcos Fimbres the sales rep was outstanding. He answered all my questions completely, quickly, and understandably. I like my Ford and my 2022 expedition is my 12th Ford but will be my last not because of the vehicle but because if you live in Tucson you are held hostage by Jim Click no service policy. Maintenance for lif will be my last not because of the vehicle but because if you live in Tucson you are held hostage by Jim Click no service policy. Maintenance for life is fine as long as you don't need to use it. Their idea of Quick Lube is make an appointment six weeks in advance and if you need any other service they will call you when they want to. Why Ford allows a single dealer in a market as large as Tucson eliminating any form of service is a bad business decision. My next vehicle will not be a Ford because what good is vehicle if you cannot get service in a reasonable time frame and six weeks for an oil change is not reasonable.. More
