oil for life! what a waste of time! I took my truck into serv. for a simple oil change at 9:00 a.m. was told truck would not be done till late afternoon, meaning closing. Absurd! Took it back to the dealership to have it looked at.Peter the service writer took pictures and said he would call me in a couple weeks. Two months go by can't get intouch with Peter. Called John the service mgr. took the truck back. He said he would need to take pictures and it could take. a month to get a response from crysler. Three months go by nothing. After several attempts i got intouch with John and was told they would repair the bed. I took the truck to the dealership and was told to be there before 8. I live 20 minutes from the dealership. One and a half hours later i made it home and was told when your truck is ready for pick up i don't think i can come and get you because it's too far so you will need to call the service mgr. I called the shuttle at 8 am the next day and ask ifi could get a ride and was told if I have time after 10 I will come and get you. GREAT SERVICE. NOT!!!!! More

Very poor service. The did not perform oil change or tire rotation as they say they did. Also my truck records are not true. Will not do business with them. Just this Monday, I had my Service for Life (oil Change, etc). I asked Peter to check out a few problems with hesitation & vibration. Also to make sure this aging car was road worthy. He came back with a etc). I asked Peter to check out a few problems with hesitation & vibration. Also to make sure this aging car was road worthy. He came back with a list of very expensive repairs. Front Brakes in particular caught my attention. Those brakes were barely a year old. This sent up a warning signal and I took my car to another repair shop. They put it up on a rack and brought me back to show me that the front brakes were almost new, with less that measurable wear. They then also showed me the other work that was suggested and told me it wasn't needed. The real kicker was a major rack & pinon leak that would have become a problem with the remote highway driving that I do. I'm so disapointed in Jim Click Repair and wonder how many times they have defrauded me. My family has bought many cars from a wonderful saleperson, but now I question if I'll ever buy another there is I can't trust the repair department! More
