Sold me a defective auto I was sold a 2015 Toyota a few weeks ago. I asked for a car fax Chris Zazueta assured me that it had been checked out and had a mechanical inspection and all was great. It’s leaking transmission fluid like a sieve. In just over a month I’m having to have a new transmission seal replaced. Not Happy with Jim Click dealership at all. Margie B More

You aren’t another customer to him, you're like family.. I recommend Jim Click Dodge because here your not some walking dollar sign. You’re family. They’ll listen to what your wants, needs and recommend smart choices. I’ve been to other dealerships where they’re just pushy and just want to get it signed and done and that’s not Jim Click. Here they care even after the purchase, you become a part of the Dodge Family. I’m loving my 2012 Dodge Charger and looking forward to getting my next vehicle from them. More

Very Bad Dealer selling crap This has been the worst experience in my life I bought a RAM 1500 it's been given me problems all of a sudden. I Got it on January 2014 it has only 73 This has been the worst experience in my life I bought a RAM 1500 it's been given me problems all of a sudden. I Got it on January 2014 it has only 73,000 miles and the warranty has expired I took.the truck before the expiration and the technical support said that he could not find any problem with it . engine light came on ever since I have it documented this morning. I took the truck to get looked at and the warranty is expired so much for your help Jim Click Dodge is not helpful at all. More

Outstanding Service and Sales. I went to Jim Click Dodge for a Recall on my 2016 Ram 1500. The service staff was professional and courteous. While I was waiting looked at the new Ra I went to Jim Click Dodge for a Recall on my 2016 Ram 1500. The service staff was professional and courteous. While I was waiting looked at the new Ram trucks and eventually purchased a new 2019 Ram 1500 Rebel. The Service, Sales and Finance staff were Outstanding. I have seen the negative reviews for the Service Department and all I can say is, for me it was just the opposite. More
New 2017 Ram Malfunctioning GPS July 2017 purchased 2017 Ram. GPS malfunctions tells us we are in a restricted area (Tucson, Freeway, Sahuartia, Vail everywhere). Has us take frontag July 2017 purchased 2017 Ram. GPS malfunctions tells us we are in a restricted area (Tucson, Freeway, Sahuartia, Vail everywhere). Has us take frontage road or through residential areas. Jon and his supervisor told us we can update the GPS for $800, this is a brand new car and we purchased a NEW GPS, but we can now pay an additional $800 to update. Jon and supervisor can not replace the GPS because it would cost them $800. Jim Click can take your money but can't spend $800 of their money to make things right. Yes, we are sorry we purchased from Jim Click, stuck for life 😧 HEAVEN Help Us! More

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced The Service Center doesn’t know the meaning of the word “service”. It’s impossible to reach them in the phone. When you call, you are forced to leave The Service Center doesn’t know the meaning of the word “service”. It’s impossible to reach them in the phone. When you call, you are forced to leave a message and wait for a return call that may or may not happen. After leaving 3 messages over the course of 2 days, I finally received a return call from a service advisor, only to be told that they couldn’t even get my car in to diagnose the issue for 11 days. The individual I spoke was completely flippant & unconcerned with my needs as a longtime customer of the business, who has purchased multiple vehicles from them over the years. More
