I've purchased or have leased as many as 40 vehicles in the last 30 years and feel that I can state unequivocally; my experience today was truly enjoyable! My chance encounter and meeting with Rob Causley certainly paid big dividends in my decision to lease; however, how Willard Shell, a truly consummate salesman put me at ease, listened to my expectations and delivered such great service. There were many aspects that needed to solidify and Mr. Shell handled it with grace and efficiency. We completed the financials and he then walked me thru all the features on this 21 Buick Envision Avenair as well as the service department. The whole process was completed in under 1 hour!
