Oil change and maintenance I was able to get my 2015 Enclave serviced the same day I called to make the appointment. difficult experience but improving I purchased a used car in September/August 2016. I have had the car in the shop roughly 7+ times for oil leeks primarily but other things also. It t I purchased a used car in September/August 2016. I have had the car in the shop roughly 7+ times for oil leeks primarily but other things also. It took some time but I believe the dealership did what they could in the end to assist me with the significant repair expenses incurred in such a short time. I am happy with how the issues were resolved but I was very dissatisfied with my sales reps lack of assistance and the initial review of the car by the dealership, I believe many of these problems were evident when the car was purchased by Causley and should have been addressed prior to selling. I could have bought a car like it from an individual cheaper than I did but I bought through Causley as I trusted they inspected the car. More
