About two (2) or three (3) months ago I re This is the second vehicle I have leased from Jim Causley Buick GMC and each time was better than the last. About two (2) or three (3) months ago I received a call about the special Pull Ahead deals that were being offered. They said that when I came in I would be able to test drive a new vehicle. Well I came in, was met by a salesperson (Name will remain unknown to you), he asked a couple questions about what I was looking for and when I finished, he said there was nothing in their stock at meet my needs. He tried to sell me other options, when he knew what I wanted. I was never offered a test drive of any vehicle, nor any of the other special offers. I walked out, very up set. In June 2018 I brought my GMC in for it's oil changes and started talking with Tim Hermz. He noticed that my lease was up soon and while talking he stated that in August 2018 he was going to start selling cars. He was so helpful that I said I would return when he was up front selling. The beginning of August I called Tim and told him what I was looking for. He called back and had exactly the vehicle I wanted and more. I came in and looked at vehicle and feel in love with it. I was taken back when he said that he had to charge the battery because it had been in yard for at least three to four month. This other sales men said they had NOTHING like what I wanted. I ended up leasing the GMA with Tim and Eric Henry's help (Tim was in training) and will do the same in the future. If this other salesmen did not want to sell me a vehicle, he just should have said so. I did ask him to keep an eye out for one, NEVER HEARD FROM HIM! Not good customer service. More
