I bought my vehicle brand new in end of June and in early July I noticed a blue line on my screen. I took my vehicle up to the service department to be looked at, just for nothing to be resolved or changed. Everytime I called, I’m asked for me to send screenshot of the screen by email, which I do and now it’s September, I have yet to hear back or provided an update on the steps need to take. it’s very upsetting to buy a new vehicle from Kia and to already have an issue right out the gate, that has yet to be resolved. I have been provided absolutely no help or communication from and the Kia service team. All I’m wanting is blue line to be removed From screen on my new vehicle. More

I bought my car in 2019 from Jim Butler Kia. I have had all of my service appointments at the dealership, with the exception of 1, because they couldn’t get me in for like 6 weeks and I was alre I have had all of my service appointments at the dealership, with the exception of 1, because they couldn’t get me in for like 6 weeks and I was already overdue, so my fault for not scheduling in advance. At first, the service department was fast, efficient, and well priced for regular car maintenance. I would drive over 40 minutes to save $40 compared to chain oil change spots closer to me. The last few times I have gone though, I have had to wait longer than an hour and the cost savings is no longer there. I went last week for a scheduled oil change and “something happened” so they were running behind. I had to wait nearly 3 hours for an oil change. The service worker was nice but the service in general is no longer worth it. More
