One day appt took 4 days. My vehicle was driven well beyond any test drive mileage and time. So take it for a joyride for 27 miles!!?? I feel violated and have lost any trust in this service dept. More
Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is a bit much, but the waiting area was pleasant enough. The sale process was great my issue was after the sale was completed the dealership failed to respond in a timely manner when I called or texted I either received no response or would be told that they wo was completed the dealership failed to respond in a timely manner when I called or texted I either received no response or would be told that they would get right back to me and then there was no response.
