Andrew did a great job! When I took my new Optima for a test drive, he took the time to go over everything about the car and if I had additional questions, he made sure he answered them. He was very friendly and his knowledge of the car was very good. He also was very accommodating to me to make sure I was comfortable with the car. I was allowed to take the car overnight to make sure my husband and I liked it and would be happy with our purchase. I totally love, love, love my car. It is snow white pearl SXL, tinted windows, chrome sport wheels, light, soft, napa leather interior, panoramic sun roof, heated front and back seats and also cooled front seats. The ride is smooth, great gas mileage and has a great sound system! The other thing that Andrew did was he took the time to introduce me to the service department, parts department, etc. and showed me around so that whenever I had to come in, I would be comfortable with the facility. I would highly recommend Andrew and this dealership. More

I never felt pressured and when I had more questions she answered those. When I went into the dealership and met with Andrew, the experience continued to be a good one. Andrew found the exact car I was looking for, let me take it for a test drive, answered all my questions and never pressured me to make a decision. He let me decide if this is the car I wanted. And I did. Next I met with Justin who explained all the financing at the level of detail I wanted. Lastly, Andrew spent time with me after the sale was over explaining all the features on my new car and said if I had questions after I left, to just give him a call.
