We scheduled a fix with you for an email recall from KIA Corp to have a fuse replaced. This was after another dealer had said that my Optima didn’t need it. I had an appointment scheduled for a recall item and an oil change and tire rotation and thought it was at 7:30 am. It wasn’t until 3:30 pm. Keith got me in right away and completed my service entirely s oil change and tire rotation and thought it was at 7:30 am. It wasn’t until 3:30 pm.
