Just awesome! We came to Jim Butler Kia to trade our 2010 Chevy Cobalt that we were a little upside down in. We told Jordan our terms and that we wanted the Optima We came to Jim Butler Kia to trade our 2010 Chevy Cobalt that we were a little upside down in. We told Jordan our terms and that we wanted the Optima and he worked his butt off and made it happen! He was upfront, honest, kind and very respectful throughout the whole process. I never once felt pressure to do anything we weren't comfortable with. Justin topped it all off with getting us an amazing rate and an awesome price on my trade! Guaranteed financing but they over charge I purchased my car and it was advertised on the internet. Unfortunately for me I was in a bad position and needed a car desperately. Mark. Was my sale I purchased my car and it was advertised on the internet. Unfortunately for me I was in a bad position and needed a car desperately. Mark. Was my sales rep. He did make that deal happen, but when I got with Chris Brinley, the finance manager. They proceeded to overcharge me $1,000 for the car. I signed off on the paperwork and decided to take this up later. They guaranteed financing company eventually work with me and not only did they refund the $1,000 I was over charged ( advertised for 12999 but charged 13999) they gave me an additional 400 on top of that to make me shut up. When I confronted the sales manager with this he said that the finance company makes them do that. I believe if a finance company is going to make you overcharge, then why would you do business with them. They are a good dealership except for the guaranteed financing portion. I would never recommend using that program through them. It is a rip-off, it's bad enough your credit is not very good but when they overcharge and make you pay astronomically for a car that does not equate with the price, then I suggest you take your business elsewhere. The service department was very good to me, they completed the work on time and actually went above and beyond. So if the service department was to get Stars I would give them a 5. More
