He helped me find a car I was looking for on the lot and sat in it with me and answered questions that I had about it. Even when I asked about non Kia cars I felt his advice was genuine and honest and I appreciated that. Justin Johnson was also very kind and considerate of my time and realized that I had been waiting for a while and came out of his office and took care of my paper work at Jim's desk. Best car buying experience ever! I came to Jim Butler KIA in search of a new car after mine bit the dust. I knew what I was looking for but wasn't sure what kind of bells and whistles I came to Jim Butler KIA in search of a new car after mine bit the dust. I knew what I was looking for but wasn't sure what kind of bells and whistles I could get with it. Bill Pack came to my rescue - not only was he super friendly and helpful, he was not pushy AT ALL. He gave me a great deal on my new KIA Sportage and made me feel like I could call him any time I had questions. He took the time to stand out in the cold and show me all of the cool features of my car and also had me sync my phone up to the BlueTooth to make sure everything worked properly. Bill was so warm and welcoming both times I was there, I would work with him again in a heartbeat! I also had the pleasure of working with Cheryl Cooper (who was a doll in orchestrating all of the details of my second visit) and Justin Johnson (who handled all of my financing and explained everything so I felt like I could easily understand it). Everyone involved worked very hard to find the exact car I was looking far even though the local The transaction was done over the internet and phone. It was delivered timely considering there was a trade involved with another dealer. They kept us up to date with the process along the way. We took the train so we didn't have 2 cars to drive back to KC and they even picked us up at the train station! They were all nice and friendly. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. Overall a great experience! More
