Friendly, realistic people delivering a great value. Tonight I arrived at Jim Butler to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. This was our 4th vehicle purchase experience in the past 6 years. This experience started with a polite and prompt response from Cheryl Cooper who answered my questions in quick order via email from my online form submission. Bill Pack greeted me this evening as I was browsing the lot. He was also very friendly and assisted me with evaluating a used and a new vehicle. Lastly, Justin Johnson, their Finance manager in conjunction with their sales manager helped to closed the deal with a great deal with the new vehicle and my trade-in. Great buying experience at Jim Butler Kia I received a call from Annie Lam, Internet Sales Manager, about 3 weeks ago just checking back with me after I spoke with her a year ago about a Kia. I received a call from Annie Lam, Internet Sales Manager, about 3 weeks ago just checking back with me after I spoke with her a year ago about a Kia. I didn't buy then. Coincidentally I wasn't looking again but my granddaughter Jen was. Annie sent us some figures and said to contact her if she could do anything for us, absolutely no pressure. We finally made it to the dealership this morning and met Annie, what a pleasure, who introduced us to Nate Thomas, Sales Floor Manager, who worked with us on my granddaughter's selection. Nate was fabulous, really personable and fun, yes fun but professional, to work with. Jen selected a Kia Soul. While waiting to work out the financing Nate took us on a short tour and introduced us to other staff, everyone was super friendly. Finally we sit down with Justin Johnson, Finance Manager, who had already worked out excellent financing on a great sale price. You guessed it Justin was super like everyone else. After about 3 hours we left with a new Kia and memories of a great experience. At 70 I don't give a lot of reviews but believe exceptional service is deserving of recognition and my first exposure to Jim Butler Kia was exceptional. I will certainly recommend it to family and friends and will be back if I have a need for any additional cars, I am really impressed with the Kia brand. More

Amazing crew that goes above and beyond I have never financed a car before and needed a new car badly. Exhausting but Rewarding at the same time Bryce is a great young man. Chris was also very nice & interested in getting my business by working with me on some options, however, I still think you could have come down more on the price. The loan guy, Justin, (he has a great fish tank in his office) was also impressive & though I hesitated, he convinced me that doing the gap coverage was in my best interest. I'm holding him to that!
