I have always liked these service dept guys from the beginning , they have found things wrong before it became an issue with my car, I just wish they had a loaner car, as I can get more things done.. The valet service they offer seems to surprise them the day of each time. I end up having to call to remind them to come pick up my vehicle, which results in getting my vehicle back later than expected. Ea day of each time. Lack of communication has been an issue. Someone would say they would call on Tuesday and we still hadn't heard on Friday.
