I was a little disappointed that the dealership didn’t offer a walkthrough of all of the items on my vehicle. My husband had to specifically ask them to show me how to work certain things in order to driv offer a walkthrough of all of the items on my vehicle. My life is anything but linear. .I have interacted with Jonathan in the past and he has been not only friendly but fits me in when he can. This week I was farm sitting and called on .I have interacted with Jonathan in the past and he has been not only friendly but fits me in when he can. This week I was farm sitting and called on Monday because the next day we were having a 3 day Snowmageddon. Jonathan, first of all,allayed my fears that the that the wheel well liner could cause me to have an accident. They did a temporary fix til the new part comes in, rotated the tires and did an oil change.. They also told me that soon I I would need new rear brakes & an air filter. As a single woman " of a certain age" whose skills lie in places other than automotive diagnostics , I appreciate this more than you know. More
