I was in St.Louis for business and I was thinking of buying a new car. I was going to go by the Fiat dealer and the Mini-Cooper dealer. Well, I never made it to the Mini-Cooper. It was a rainy day and I buying a new car. I was going to go by the Fiat dealer and the Mini-Cooper dealer. Well, I never made it to the Mini-Cooper. It was a rainy day and I was wandering around the lot, and the sales person Kathleen Gibson came out. She was friendly, out-going and always smiling. We looked at a lot of car's and she was patient and sweet. I finally after driving one of the cars on the lot, decided on one she had in the showroom. I feel like I got a good deal and Kathleen was so helpful throughout the day. I had to drive the car I had with me home and come back, I had a friend fly me to the airport in Chesterfield, Mo. airport and Kathleen picked me up and drove me to the dealership. We were texting while I was in the air, and she arrived exactly when I walked out of the hangar. My car was cleaned up, full of gas and ready to go. I wanted to get an extended warranty and she helped me with that, and a couple other options. She was very helpful the entire time, and I was pleased she was my "salesperson." I went in for an oil change and came out with a new Fiat! I bought my Saturn from this dealership and have gone back for every service it needed.
