Theresa, thank you for your feedback. 2.5 hours is about the right time for getting a key fob programmed if it is new, as the programming itself takes the computer about an hour and a half. We do apologize that this wasn't communicated to you. We will work on our communication to make sure everyone has appropriate time expectations. Thank you again for your feedback.
