I should have known when I couldn’t get the salesman to respond to me before the sale it was going to be the same after the sale. The truck didn’t have the equipment I specifically told him I wanted. They shipped the truck to me 10 hours away. No communication on when it would be coming until the night before. Hey, I’m the driver and I have your truck, I’ll be there at 8 in the morning. Shows up at 7am. Drops the truck and is gone. Then I realize it doest have the equipment I requested. After that I find out someone installed a gps tracker of some source under the dash, into the factory wiring. I asked 4 people how to remove it, the salesman, an internet sales guy and 2 managers. 3 of the 4 told me they would contact the dealer that installed it and get back to me. One of them told me to drive with it until I get an oil change. Not a single one offered any assistance in taking it off or ever followed up with me on how to remove it. Every time I start the truck this theft alarm under my dash goes off for about 20 seconds. Very annoying. I had to pay to have it removed locally. I will never buy another vehicle from them. More
