Unhappy customer Purchased 2016 Genesis with O plan. 3 things to mention... 1. TRADE IN VALUE... Agreed on trade in value at 13.5k. Then, they presented me a lower Purchased 2016 Genesis with O plan. 3 things to mention... 1. TRADE IN VALUE... Agreed on trade in value at 13.5k. Then, they presented me a lower trade in value of 13.0k in the final bill of sale. When I asked about this, sales person mentioned that they had to move numbers around to lower entire purchase price. One day after purchase day, I called them up to make me understand the price structure, and they said that is the price that I have agreed. I asked to show me a "HAND WRITTEN AGREEMENT" of 13.0k. Then, they could not or did not show me the hand written doc. Instead, they presented me the final typed in documents that was signed by me and saying that I made agreement with them. 2. ODOMETER... In the paper, it was written 23mile as a current mileage, but actual mileage was 180 miles or around that number. They said for the new car it is not a big deal. 3. On top of MSRP, they put several accessories such as Nitrogen gas inserted in tires, Door edge protection 3M coating film and so on. This extra items has raised up the total vehicle price. So, I was wondering about the price difference between O plan and what they were asking (about 800 difference). They did not disclosed about this extra stuffs at the time of my purchase. Overall, I was not that happy with this dealership although I am still happy with my 2016 Genesis. They were just focusing on that I had too much discount with O plan and did not treated me as a good customer. I might be wrong, but personally it was not that happy transaction. I did not even get a professional car wash. I understood because it was late night after 7pm. So, asked them to put down car wash into "WE OWE" list, they said they don't put this misc things in the list. They may do the carwash later, but they may refuse to do so. More
