I was just going to look at a car/truck and told my husband we are not buying anything today, the vehicle that I had been looking at for several months was on their used car lot. Caleb was so very helpful and gave me a fantastic deal. I was able to just drive my new ride home. The tags from my trade in were transferred for me without any issues. I had the general sales manager TJ Lang, a sales manager Larry Parks and sales man Tim Lewis, all three of them insulted me, would not list to me only wanting to personally attack me. Larry Parks got in the truck that I returned because it was not compatible with my ADA conversion, and chased me down the street pulling off the road and onto the grass, swearing at me and personally attacking me. The Dade City police force said it would have been Assault with a deadly weapon if they saw it happen. Once I was driven back to the dealership only Larry Parks apologized and it was 45 minutes later and because the boss told him he had to. It was a simple " I'm sorry" and a handshake. The other two I had to go up and ask them if we were okay. As a whole I would not ever in my wildest dreams ever go back to Jim Browne Chrysler . Everyone is still employed and in their current position, so the next person who comes in can have this experience More
