This is my experience and opinion of Jim Browne (CJD) Dealership. I was interested in a vehicle while looking in the Tampa Bay Area and I contacted the dealership via email. Paul Coats, my salesman, r Dealership. I was interested in a vehicle while looking in the Tampa Bay Area and I contacted the dealership via email. Paul Coats, my salesman, reached out to me with a welcoming, courteous and helpful email to start the communication. I told Paul what vehicle I was interested in and he got the ball rolling. Paul and I worked out a deal and I made an appointment to see the car and to finalize the deal. I made my way to the dealership on a Saturday morning and I was greeted by the receptionist when I walked in the door. I made contact with Paul for the first time in person and was greeted in a nice welcoming way. We went over some paperwork and looked at the car I was interested in. I finalized the transaction and purchased a new 2023 Doge Challenger TA. At no time did I feel pressured, hurried or uninformed through the whole experience.
