Could not be a more satisfied customer I received both a phone call and email from Mike Krupka a few months after we had talked about a possible car purchase. As I missed his call I called I received both a phone call and email from Mike Krupka a few months after we had talked about a possible car purchase. As I missed his call I called Mike early the next morning. To my surprise he had located the car I was looking to purchase. As I had previous commitments for the day Mike stayed at the dealership into the evening to accommodate my late arrival. He had all the paperwork in order for me to review and sign. I returned the next morning and picked up my beautiful new car. Mike introduced me to others in the dealership and did everything possible to make my purchasing experience enjoyable. Great people, every word they said was the truth, no funny business or other nonsense. They picked up my car from their sister dealership some distance away -- and didn't try to make me pay extra for that like a Lakeland dealer tried to do in the past. Their financing beat both of my credit unions by almost a full percent. Paperwork was smooth.
