Great Experience with the Service Department I had a problem with a tire on my truck and scheduled an appointment for it to be looked at today. My service advisor, Gene Sladkin wrote up the tick I had a problem with a tire on my truck and scheduled an appointment for it to be looked at today. My service advisor, Gene Sladkin wrote up the ticket and turned it over to one of the techs. The tech could not immediately find out why the tire kept losing pressure. The Service Manger, John Whittaker got involved and had the tech dismount the tire and check further for any problems or obstructions. None were found, so they remounted the tire and balanced it and properly inflate it along with the other 5 tires on the truck. Everything was fine after that. My point here is that this dealership went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved and that I was satisfied. If you haven't visited them lately, you owe it to yourself to give them a try. With a new dedicated manger that puts customer satisfaction first and newer highly trained and certified techs, your experience will be rewarding. They will handle all my service on my 2016 Ram dually diesel!!!!!!!!!!!!. More
