!SCAM ALERT!The GM Dale Allison is a scammer and his trustee service advisor Scott is just as bad. They will double charge ($444) for the diagnostic exam fee and hope that you don't notice. Was looking for a vehicle with very specific trim. Found one at this dealership through a big name automobile database. That vehicle was sold, but they found me one. As I was looking for something very specific I knew I’d have to travel. Paul made it pain free. I told him I was going to make a weekend trip of it to come down and pick up unit. I wanted everything done ahead of time as I would have my kids. He had actual paperwork overnighted to me because I was worried about getting that far and surprises. I told him since financing and paperwork was done, he had exactly 30 minutes to finish up whatever else we could do from a distance and show me the car or I was leaving. He made it happen! Somewhere along the way he asked if there was anything else he could do, I joked about having a Diet Coke and a Reese cup ready—he had snacks for the whole family! I say this to highlight how respectful Paul was of our family, our time, and how successful he was in getting me in exactly what I wanted. Since then I’ve had the unit a year. I reached back out about a question on the break lights. Paul not only replied with the way it should work, he pulled a vehicle and sent me pics to show me it in action so I could compare to mine since I was concerned. More
