i was a little disapointed as i brought jeep in for first service. that all went very well. Gen was outstanding with me. but my auto start /stop switch did not work from day one when i picked it up. and c service. that all went very well. Gen was outstanding with me. but my auto start /stop switch did not work from day one when i picked it up. and check engine light would show up on occasion. so when they checked it out Jeep wanted it broguth back for another visit to figure out the problem. i live an hour away from dealership so i brought it back as requested and a loaner car was given to me after four hours i receive a call and was told a cure for this was forth coming from jeep. and i came back to pick it up and the Auto/start stop switch still does not work. gene explained that is there is a problem that it wont work meaning the check engine light coming on and off. jeep is running fine but it would be nice to have it running 100% with everything like it was made to do. employees at dealership are doing everything they can i feel. but Jeep has left me a little bit unhappy. now i am looking at another drive over and a leave it scenario. More
Very poor place to get service. When I showed up for a scheduled appointment, one of the service representatives (it weas hard to find someone) told me that they do Oil Changes (sc When I showed up for a scheduled appointment, one of the service representatives (it weas hard to find someone) told me that they do Oil Changes (scheduled service) on a first come basis. Told me it would be about an hour wait. Two hours later I went back to the service area to find my car still waiting and cars that had come in after me were gone. My service representative was busy so another person, who frankly took more interest in my satisfaction, took notice and promised that mine would be next. 30 more minutes and I was done, but one need I asked for wasn't even researched. Very Bad! More
