In 2017 my wife and I bought a new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from another Jeep dealer in our area. Due to some serious dealer dishonesty, we chose never returning to that Jeep dealer. However we neede Trailhawk from another Jeep dealer in our area. Due to some serious dealer dishonesty, we chose never returning to that Jeep dealer. However we needed to have a Jeep dealer to do any required Jeep warranty and other service work. I stopped into the Dade City Jim Browne service center to see if they would do warranty service even though we didn't buy from their dealership. I spoke with Gene Sladkin in the service center, and he assured me they would be very glad to handle any service needed on our 2017 Cherokee. All has been done very well to the present. Recently my wife & I decided to get a new Grand Cherokee as our 2017 Cherokee has had no significant repair issues for almost 80K miles, and we needed a second vehicle. Gene directed us to a sales representative, Zachary Ben-Attar. Zack was a laid back friendly young man who took much time showing us the Grand Cherokee’s features. We explained what we needed including full time all wheel drive among other items. Zack listened to our needs and did not push to sell us a car quickly. He allowed us to demo a Grand Cherokee Summit that we both test drove as Zack explained the onboard features (a lot!) quite well. We came to an agreement on a price we felt was reasonable and bought the Summit. On delivery day, Zack picked us up at our home, set up our phones with the onboard connections, explained the electronics further and made sure we were comfortable with the car’s operation and features. We have been in post sale contact with Zack with more questions about some of the digital features in the car, and he gave us good answers. We had very good interaction with the finance representatives, Angela and Joanna, who efficiently handled the payment aspects. Both easily explained all the taxes, tags, and extended warranties’ details. In the process, they made paperwork a breeze. We both feel we were treated extremely well by all the personnel at the Jim Browne Dade City dealership and do easily recommend these folks to others looking for a Jeep. More

I have been dealing with the service department for many years now since my husband was the shuttle driver for several years but has since passed away but still the quality of service gets better and better years now since my husband was the shuttle driver for several years but has since passed away but still the quality of service gets better and better every time I visit. I have spoken to all of the staff and they are all my favorite I am always kept up to date on the process and no stone is left unturned when it comes to my vehicle, I can rest assured that every vital function and part has been checked before I pick up my vehicle, being a widow this means a lot to me. Macy greeted me with a hug and Patty is always so nice either on the phone or in person and what can I say about Gene, Scott, Matt, John, Bill and Ed who has the shuttle driver they are all awesome and treat me like a VIP.
