I have used Jim Browne to service my vehicles since I moved here from Penna. This time most of the service was done to perfection. That is, all but my new wiper blades. I left the dealership after the work was performed and drove home. Later that night we went to see friends and when we left there was dew on the windshield. I used the wipers, and to my dismay, there were no wiper blades. I checked and the new blades were laying there and were not connected. I drove to the dealer the next morning and they were installed immediately. All other work was done and I was satisfied. This is the first time I ever had an issue with the dealership. More

Went in had bearing in a pulley go bad. They wouldn’t honor it as warranty work. Been going there for several years for regular maintenance and vehicle purchase. The dealership made no attempt to try to make it under warranty. Other dealerships in the past have been able to make anything with the motor fall under the drivetrain warranty. So I think I will be going to another dealership from now on. Wonder if that lifetime warranty advertisement would even be honored if needed. Just wasn’t satisfied with the customer care experience. And of course wasn’t happy to be charged for a part that I believe should be covered by warranty. Then when they said the part was on back order and I said I would come tomorrow to pick it up and do it myself. The part magically arrived the next day before I was able to come pick it up. They that said if I didn’t let them do the work I would still be charged for the part. So all in all just think they must be doing well enough they don’t need my business any longer. More
