He never was pushy or made me feel like the sky was falling and I had to purchase the vehicle. Dave was very professional and took the time to converse. I never felt rushed. Faulty vehicle Purchased a 2015 Silverado with only 16000 miles. Within days of bringing it home the display sceen started changing on it own. Took it to service and was told the display would need to be replaced at about $1200. This problem should have been caught by anyone driving the car for more than 15 minutes, and they drove it from Tampa to Dade city. I believe they knew of this problem and sold it anyway. They obviously do not stand behind their used vehicles. The term let the buyer beware is very appropriate. I will not spend $1200 for this repair and will not do any future business with Jim Browne Chevy. Worst car buying experience in 50 years. More

He asked what I was looking for, I was looking for a vehicle. Filled out a credit app and David Burke of Jim Browne Chevrolet in Dade City called me. He asked what I was looking for, price I'm willing to go and what not, then went to work. Told me he needed a few days to get some different vehicles together and called me to come in and look at some vehicles he had found would work for me. No pressure salesman, very nice and down to earth. So i ended up purchasing a 2015 Chevy Traverse LTZ from David Burke. Love the vehicle and loved the customer service. I would reccomend this dealership if your looking and especially reccomend David Burke to help you, he will find what your looking for. More

Had to watch my wallet! I scheduled my 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 for a check engine light issue for 9:00 am Friday Feb. 22 to Jim Brown Chevrolet in Dade City, FL. I dropped I scheduled my 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 for a check engine light issue for 9:00 am Friday Feb. 22 to Jim Brown Chevrolet in Dade City, FL. I dropped the truck off at 7:30 am and called in at 11:00 am to check the status. I was treated by the service rep that I spoke with like I was interrupting them when I called. I was informed that they had not started to work on the truck and they would contact me once they knew something. I arrived at Jim Brown Chevrolet around 12:30 to find the truck was tested and that the DEF heater unit needed servicing. I was told the part was needed to be ordered and that it would be there on Monday, and they asked if I was going to leave the vehicle for them to repair, since it would take approximately four and one half hours to complete. The also informed me that the parts were covered under the extended warranty that I had purchased when I bought the truck new, but the system would need to be reprogramed and that was not covered under the warranty and would cost me $200.00. I explained that was the only vehicle I have and needed it for transportation. I told them to contact me Monday to schedule the servicing. On Thursday, without hearing from Jim Brown Chevrolet, and deciding I did not want to interrupt them again, I contacted Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel and scheduled the truck in to have the check engine light tested. They scheduled it for Friday morning, so I decided to wait on it in their customer lounge. After an hour or so, the service rep informed me that the DEF heater unit needed servicing. The service rep stated that the part would need to be ordered and they would contact me when it came in. The rep also informed me that all parts and labor was covered under the extended warranty, and since servicing would take an extended period of time, offered me a rental car. The following week Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel called and stated the part was back ordered and they would call when it arrived. A few days later Jim Brown Chevrolet left a message that my part had been received and to call to schedule the servicing. The next morning Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel called that they received the part. I dropped the truck off on Monday afternoon and they provided me with a rental from Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Wesley Chapel. Late the next morning Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel called to inform me the truck was done. I picked the truck up and there was no out of pocket expense to me and they had cleaned the vehicle as well. All expenses including the car rental were covered by the extended warranty or by Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel. Everyone we worked with at Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel was friendly and polite and made us feel as if it was their privilege to be able to provide the highest level of customer service that we could expect from a dealership. I want to note that I purchased the truck in Ohio and I had not had any dealings with either of these two dealerships prior to contacting them about my check engine light. Not only did I save $200.00 by working with Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel, but I now know who I will do all of my future dealings with when I am in this area of Florida. If you are dealing with Jim Brown Chevrolet of Dade City, all I can say is be aware of their offerings. More

Awesome awesome deal - Fred ROCKS. My husband and I went to about 6 other dealerships before Jim Browne. We had average credit to work with, and also zero to put down on a new vehicle. My husband and I went to about 6 other dealerships before Jim Browne. We had average credit to work with, and also zero to put down on a new vehicle. I wanted something nice and was not going to settle. I found a beautiful Chevrolet Traverse (2017) in practically brand new condition. Had every detail I wanted. Captains chairs. Leather. Gorgeous interior. Low mileage. Price point. Etc. We worked with Fred and from the moment he greeted us, he was a BLAST. He treated us like family. Was VERY knowledgeable and even kind to my cranky 1 year old son. We needed payments to be at a certain price point and he pulled all the necessary strings to GET US THERE when every other delarship could not. I would 10000000% recommend this delarship to friends and specifically Fred. I mean, he not once made us feel like he was trying to “sell” us on anything. He was personable, honest, forthright and gave us the best deal possible. Wish I could give him & the team ten stars. Very pleased!! (By the way- their coffee machine in the delarship is fantastic. Lol. ) More
