Both Sam and Fred went above and beyond to locate a 2017 GMC Sierra with a crew cab, silver in color, and set up to tow. Have always liked Jim Browne's service department and felt very comfortable in purchasing another truck. Javier Rivera, in service, is very knowledgeable, honest and very efficient. He represents the service end of Jim Browne wonderfully. Sam Garcia was a joy to work with in terms of the endless paper work. Sam's sense of humor in processing the paper was enjoyable.
