My wife came home from her recent service visit to Nissan Santa Rosa and actually took the time to tell me, yet again, how good the level of service is at this dealership. My wife usually has far more important things to tell me but she felt compelled to marvel again (not the first time she's mentioned this), so far, she has no regrets about our decision to purchase this car (our '09 Altima Hybrid). We had a mfg defect with our radio and the issue, when brought forward, was quickly admitted to and we were scheduled for a replacement. The dealership offers an area for kids who get dragged along to the appointment (which is appreciated) and we had the item addressed quickly and with good communication and friendliness throughout. There've been a couple other small items and each time we've been treated very well. Thank you to David and to the Nissan Santa Rosa team. We lve Santa Rosa Nissan. Not a dealership where you walk in and are covered with sales staff ready to pounce. They are friendly, help and fun. Nissan of Santa Rosa is about five miles from my house. They unfortunately could not get the car I wanted (limited stock) and the pricing and options were not lining up with my expectations. Although the gentlemen who helped me was friendly he seemed a little pushy and would only talk numbers once I was at his desk. I also received lots of follow up calls. The day I bought my car I did call him first however I chose to drive down to Walnut Creek as the sales manager there cooperated with me over the phone and met my expectation with pricing/options. It was available, in stock, and by the time I got there the vehicle was cleaned and they had the keys ready to go. It was my first time buying a car and I was thrilled at my experience. Nissan is a great product and I am happy with my choice. More

I am grateful that I visited Santa Rosa Nissan and Victor Moreno. I would go back there to buy a car again in a heartbeat. The sales manager and finance manager were equally as wonderful and friendly. Both were also very easy to work with and my car buying experience a pleasurable one. I connected with the Nissan Dealer in Santa Rosa after receiving a phone call regarding my interest in a Nissan Versa Hatchback (through the internet). The phone message was friendly. When I called back (Don Harris) I was greeted with respect, kindness and received answers to a variety of questions I had concerning this vehicle. I was interested in a specifics regarding the transmission and wheels among other items as I had been looking around via the internet and my local area (north of Santa Rosa). This dealer was able to satisfy my questions and find the car I wanted. Of course we (the customer) always want a really, really good deal and even though I went a bit above what I planned on spending, I definitely purchased the right car for me. I have never owned a Nissan before - was going from a large SUV to smaller; was going from a manual to automatic (my choice) and looking for good gas mileage. I feel a received a lot of car for the money. I feel the people at the Nissan dealership of Santa Rosa worked for me as a positive team. I have recommended them to several people already. I have owned this vehicle for approximately three weeks. I live in a College town and many students have commented on what a nice looking vehicle I have. When I mentioned the amount of money; I look back and realize I chose a 2011 and sl version of the versa hatchback. I had originally set out for a 2010 versa (super plain) I chose this model after researching the different models and talking with the dealer. The powder white color was not easy to find with all the items I wanted, but this dealer did it in a quick efficient manner. More

When we entered the Nissan lot we were there to look at a 2007 Nissan Murrano in exchange for our two small sedans. We ended up leaving with a 2008 Lexus RX350, we were absolutely blown away! They made our monthly payment work, got our loan through our current bank, and gave us a reasonable price on the vehicle. Thanks to David Hughes and his team we left with our Dream car, and had the utmost BEST Customer Service Experience at their Santa Rosa dealership all along the way. We purchased the Warranty, and additional insurance as well, knowing we would be well taken care of anytime we returned. They knew how to do business, and made it a pleasant experience-thats all you can ask for when buying such an expensive investment. The purchase was proffesionally handled by David and there was no untoward pressure. All service work was done superbly and the three guys are knowledgable, courteous, and made me feel as though I was a there was no untoward pressure. I have had my Nissan Armada serviced for the past 3 years with overall excellent service and car care. Jason has been my point service person and has consistently helped my family in keeping our car running with overall excellent service and car care. One such occasion immediately comes to my mind when our Armada, which was a used buy, lease 3 year trade in, had difficulty with the braking system. Nissan had become aware of and fixed this one malfunction in the next year's modals but not in our year. This was not under warranty. Jason contacted Nissan explaining the situation and they worked with him in being able to offer us a substantial discount on fixing the car as all wanted the Armada to be working in best possible condition. I believe we paid a few hundred dollars and saved two thousand. This is just one example of the consistent service we have recieved from Jason and the Nissan crew at Santa Rosa. Thank you. More
