Upon entering the dealership, we were immediately acknowledged. We suggested we had contacted a specific sales person who was then alerted to our arrival. The sales person was 'just a guy', very nice; a real pleasure to work with while going through the paces of the paperwork. He was very eager to show us any vehicle we wanted to see, and didnt push us on anything. Simply showing us around, offering beverages, until we did settle on the truck we went to see. Dave Hughes was his name, and more then anyone else, he's the reason we were very happy to drive 100 miles north to buy. Once we were in the financial part of the transaction, we were ushered into an office where we met Ken Lindley. Ken was very patient while we asked questions, and was polite when offering extras that we weren't sure about. A number of times offering to leave the room so my wife and I could discuss an option or other. Also, talking about his grand kids, our children, and other general pleasantries. Once it was all done, he offered his services for anything else we could think that we needed before showing us back to the sales person before we took delivery of our purchase. These things were significant for many reasons. First, we have been looking for an Armada for more then 2 months that had all the items we wanted. This search included contacting other dealerships who told us they'd call us back, never to hear from them again. Also, there are a number of nissan dealerships that are high pressure, for example, I will never buy anything from the fremont, ca Nissan dealer. Ever. I hope All the folks we dealt with at this dealership know how much we appreciated how easy they made us getting exactly what we wanted without any pressure or stress. More

My overall experience with Nissan of Santa Rosa was exceptional. I stumbled upon this dealership since they had the only white GT-R in the Bay Area at that time. My main contact at this dealership was with the internet manager David Hughes. He had previously informed me that their dealership was expecting a GT-R in 3 weeks. When the car unexpectedly arrived, David promptly called me and I promptly made the deal over the phone with David. Unfortunately with the limited numbers of GT-R, I paid MSRP for it thus the slightly lower rating on the price. When I arrived at the dealer to pickup my car, the car was detailed already. David was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Jack Price, the finance manager, was very professional in handling the paperwork. He went through all my options in terms of extended warranties but did not try to hard sell me anything. Overall, my experience at Nissan of Santa Rosa was a very outstanding and positive one. I would definitely recommend this dealership. David Hughes was exceptional by calling me a few days after to follow up on my purchase satifaction and informed me that I could call him anytime I had any questions whatsoever. My wife and I were looking at the pathfinder and competitior's offerings. We compared Subaru, Toyota and Honda. All the dealers had something to offer, but Cesar by far was the most friendly, enth competitior's offerings. We compared Subaru, Toyota and Honda. All the dealers had something to offer, but Cesar by far was the most friendly, enthusiastic, and knowlegeable about Nissan offerings. He is a big part of the reason we came back for another look at the Pathfinder and ultimately bought it. Cesar emphasized the Santa Rosa Nissan dealer's strong customer service from the service department, financing, and management. He gave sincere reasons why he likes working there. This is fairly unique and a real sign of a well managed business. We are first time buyers at Nissan and hope that the service is as good as Caesar has indicated. Our last three vehicle purchases have been Toyota's, and they are now just as arrogant as GM used to be---both sales and service. Chad Corser handled the financing and final paperwork in a very professional, efficient manner. He was clear in pointing out some additional add-on's we purchased. The financing is in progress, so far without a hitch. Chad made the entire process make sense and be easy for us. Great Job! I want to start out by saying, as a single mother I had a few concerns about buying a car, the price, safety and dealing with negotiating what would work best for us. I decided to go to Nissan of Santa Rosa with hopes that a miracle could happen being that I have been cleaning up my credit and just started a new job. From the very beginning I was met with kindness and a feeling that I could trust the staff that are working at Nissan of Santa Rosa. Both David and Chad were friendly, helpful. They took the time to go through what car might be best for my given situation as well as how the payments worked so that I understood exactly what I was paying for. It was nice feeling like I was working with a team rather than being coerced into something I would regret later. I felt content when leaving not only because I love the car I bought but also that I dealt with good people. My husband and I went in to just ask questions about trading our 2008 Nissan in and walked out a few hours later with a new 2011 Nissan altima. They gave us a deal to good to turn down. My salesman was Niko Griggs. He was so patient and really listened to what I liked and didn't like. I came to look at used cars and left with a brand new Altima. He never made a face when saying I don't like this one or that one and never made me feel bad about my credit issues etc. EVERYONE from the finance guy to the gentlemen we signed papers with were so kind, careing and considerate. I am so happy we went to SR Nissan. I am recommending them to everyone I know. I had been at another dealership previously only to walk away feeling horrible and like customer service doesn't exsist anymore. SR Nissan was a true breath of fresh air. They made be feel important and they did everything in their power to help me out. I really appreciate what Niko and the staff at SR Nissan did for me, I am forever greatful and will be back as soon as my husband is ready for a new car. THANK YOU NIKO!!! More
After visiting another Nissan dealer and a Ford dealer, we came to Santa Rosa Nissan. Don Harris had called us in the morning to see if we wanted to come to this dealer and we agreed. Then we test drove a Maxima. We had previously driven an Altima. After that we discussed price difference between the Maxima and the Altima. He offered a very good trade in for our 10 year old Maxima. We then decided to buy an Altima because we liked the ride and the price over all. We then talked with Jack Price about financing and all the other details. We spent a total of about 3 hours from start to finish with our purchase. What I liked most about Don and Jack were that neither one was pushy or high pressured. Both were very knowledgable about all things concerning Nissans. We left the dealership feeling very good about our purchase. More
